Quotation & Order Process
Once your preferred specification has been agreed and you are happy to proceed, we will issue a formal written quotation outlining all details of your aluminium canopy or carport. Upon acceptance, a deposit will be required to secure your order and schedule manufacturing. We will then agree a convenient installation date with you. Prior to installation, final measurements may be confirmed to ensure a precise fit.
Payment Options
We accept payment by bank transfer or major credit and debit cards (excluding American Express). A deposit is required to confirm your order, with the remaining balance due upon completion of installation.

Aluminium Canopy Permitted Development Rules
In most cases, aluminium canopies fall under permitted development rights, meaning formal planning permission is not usually required. However, this can vary depending on the property type, canopy size, and location.
- The canopy must not cover more than 50% of the land surrounding the original house (including any existing extensions or outbuildings).
- The canopy must not be positioned forward of the principal elevation (the front of the house facing the road).
- If the canopy is within 2.0 metres of a boundary, the maximum height is 2.5 metres.
- If the canopy is more than 2.0 metres from a boundary, the maximum height can be up to 3.0 metres.
In all cases, if the property is a listed building or located within a conservation area, Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, or National Park, planning permission may be required and should be confirmed with the local authority.
